MartinPatrick3 charges $5.00 for shipping under $100.
Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $100. Shipments will be sent through
the United States Postal Service.   We do not ship outside the United States at
this time.   

Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the
customer and returned to MartinPatrick3 is subject to a 20% restocking
charge.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of
purchase.  Merchandise must be returned
in original condition, free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would
prevent them from being sold as new, with original tags attached.  Customers will assume responsibility for
return shipping charges.  Martin Patrick
3 will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return
packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Martin Patrick 3.  If all conditions are met, the original form
of payment will be credited.

Items sold for a discount of 30% off or greater are final
sale and not eligible for return.
