Ordering Policy

Payment methods: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Sales tax: Tax, if applicable, will be charged to orders shipped within Minnesota only.

Special orders: From the date of placing a special order, the client has 3-days to reverse their order. After the 3-day period, all special orders are non-refundable. Arrival times for special orders are only estimates and deposits will not be refunded. Delivery for larger merchandise is not included.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Orders over $100 ship FREE! 

For purchases under $100, MartinPatrick3 charges a base shipping rate of $10.00. MartinPatrick3 ships via standard ground service. Expedited shipping is available during checkout at additional charge. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to MartinPatrick3 is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

 

 

Return & Replacement Policy

Online Purchases: All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition, free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new, with original tags attached. Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. MartinPatrick3 will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to MartinPatrick3. If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited.

Store Purchases: MartinPatrick3 gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in-store for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase, with original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Returns following 14 days after original purchase will be given as store credit within 21 days of original purchase.

All Purchases: ITEMS DISCOUNTED 30% OFF OR GREATER ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ALL CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS, FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN FOR SALE ROOM ITEMS. PERSONAL GROOMING, APOTHECARY ITEMS AND ALTERED MERCHANDISE ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
