MP3 Rallies for Minneapolis Mounted Police

MartinPatrick 3 turned its scenic North Loop alleyway into a stylish street party for a meaningful cause: raising funds for the Minneapolis Mounted Police Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the city’s Mounted Patrol Unit.

Recently affected by city budget cuts, the Mounted Patrol relies on public support to continue its vital role in keeping downtown Minneapolis a safe and fun place for locals and visitors alike to enjoy, assisting with crowd control, community engagement, and more. With only a handful of full-time officers and eleven horses, the unit covers all five precincts and is celebrated for its unique connection to the public.

The fundraiser, hosted in partnership with the Minneapolis Downtown Council, featured bites from MyBurger, craft cocktails, and a chance for guests to snap a photo with the horses and their officers. Even better? All of the evening’s proceeds went directly to the care, training, and equipment needs of the horses and officers.

The night was a perfect mix of downtown charm and community celebration, with a touch of horsing around.
